Client Agreement Terms for Nanny Services
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the service, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the service, no refund will be issued.
- Contact Information Policy:
- Clients are not allowed to exchange phone numbers, including WhatsApp, with the nanny. Even if asked, the nanny is instructed not to provide their phone number.
- Extension of Service:
- If you wish to extend the nanny’s service, please notify us via WhatsApp at least one hour before the end of the scheduled time. We will send you a new invoice and a payment link for the additional time.
- Payment Terms:
- Full payment must be made in advance before the nanny service begins. If payment is not completed before the service starts, the nanny service will be canceled automatically.
- Same-day payments will incur a 5% additional fee. Payment made in advance will remain at the original agreed price.
- Liability and Responsibility:
- Bali Nanny is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the nanny service. All our nannies are trained and professional, and Bali Nanny will ensure they provide the highest level of care; however, the client is responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.
- Service Boundaries:
- Our nannies are strictly limited to the services outlined during the booking. Any additional tasks or requests must be cleared through Bali Nanny management prior to execution.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all conditions stated. Your payment will not be processed unless you accept these terms.
